Six layers, in order, built to order. Crusted baguette toasted that morning, layered with everything Rico's kitchen makes from scratch — pâté, pickled vegetables, slow-roasted pork, fresh herbs.

Stock that starts the night before

Slow-simmered bone broth, ribbons of rice noodle, sliced beef or chicken added at the table. Served with the herb plate — basil, sprouts, lime, chili.
