The menu
Cooked this morning.
Sold by close.
Vietnamese roots, Kiwi cafe rhythm. Six things we make every day, plus the coffee that pulls people through the door.
Bánh mì
The signature sandwich
Six layers, in order, built to order. Crusted baguette toasted that morning, layered with everything Rico's kitchen makes from scratch — pâté, pickled vegetables, slow-roasted pork, fresh herbs.

Egg and cheese — Kiwi side
[$XX]Toasted bánh mì breakfast: scrambled egg, cheese, optional bacon.
Phở
Stock that starts the night before
Slow-simmered bone broth, ribbons of rice noodle, sliced beef or chicken added at the table. Served with the herb plate — basil, sprouts, lime, chili.

Three ways to plate it
